Free Shipping Offer:

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $300 (Canada and the U.S. only). 

 • Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days, subject to product availability and payment verification. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

 • Standard shipping within Canada & the U.S.: 3-10 business days.

 • International shipping: 10-14 business days.

 • Need it sooner? Express shipping options are available and calculated at checkout.

Please note: Delivery estimates are based on business days, which do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarding companies, as a signature is required upon delivery.

Exceptions may be made for remote areas, subject to approval.

If a delivery fails and the package is returned, a $25 restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.

Taxes & Duties

Canadian Orders

 • Purchases are subject to GST and any applicable provincial taxes.

U.S. Orders

 • VIMISSIA does not calculate or collect U.S. sales taxes.

 • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable state or local taxes according to their state’s regulations.

International Orders

 • Customers in Europe and the U.K. are responsible for paying VAT, customs duties, and any other applicable fees in accordance with their local regulations.

 • Customers in South America and other international regions must comply with their country’s import tax laws and duty fees.

 • VIMISSIA is not responsible for customs clearance fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs authorities.

 • If a package is held for customs payment, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely payment to avoid delays.
