Refund & Return Policy
We are confident you will love your VIMISSIA purchase.
However, if for any reason it’s not quite right, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unused, and has all original tags attached.
Full-Price Items
• Full-price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Discounted Items
• Items sold at a discount of 29% or less can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Final Sale & Restocking Fee
Items sold at a discount of 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
• A $25 restocking fee applies to all returns.
• This fee will not be charged for exchanges or if the return is due to an issue with the order (manufacturing defect, wrong item, size, or color sent due to our error).
• If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at info@vimissia.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
• VIMISSIA is not responsible for lost items during the exchange process.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
• To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• As we offer complimentary shipping, we can only accommodate one exchange per order.
Pre-Order Items
• Items marked as pre-order are custom-made upon purchase.
• Delivery for pre-order items may take an additional 10-25 days.
