Refund & Return Policy
At VIMISSIA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items. All returned products must be new, unused, with all protective materials in place and labels attached.
Full-Price Items
• Full-price items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Discounted Items
• Items sold at a discount of 29% or less can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• A store credit (gift card) will be issued instead of a refund.
• The gift card will be automatically emailed once the return is processed.
Final Sale & Restocking Fee
• A $25 restocking fee applies to all returns.
• This fee will not be charged for exchanges or if the return is due to an issue with the order (manufacturing defect, wrong item, size, or color sent due to our error).
• If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at info@vimissia.ca within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
• VIMISSIA is not responsible for lost items during the exchange process.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
• To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• As we offer complimentary shipping, we can only accommodate one exchange per order.
Pre-Order Items
• Items marked as pre-order are custom-made upon purchase.
• Delivery for pre-order items may take an additional 10-25 days.
• Pre-order items are not eligible for refunds.
